4. Order Tracking

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

6.2 Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) and contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged items and arranging for replacements or refunds.
